CLIENT STORY: FRAMING COMPANY EXPANSION

REPOSITIONING TESTING SERVICES BUSINESS FOR GROWTH

There is nothing like a fresh communications challenge to get our creative juices flowing! So of course, we were thrilled to help our client, Maveric Systems, prepare to expand its market reach.


During its first decade in business, Maveric gained a foothold as a leader in independent software testing. However, some clients also required guidance with test methodology. So, as a natural extension of its primary services, the firm began to offer process consulting on an ad-hoc basis.


Recognizing a broader market opportunity in moving up the testing services value chain, Maveric formalized its consulting line of business – and Creekside helped the company articulate that vision and purpose.


As a starting point, we developed a brochure that introduced these services directly to business decision-makers in banking, financial services, insurance and technology sectors. Core messaging is visible right from the start, in the brochure’s headline:


“Improved quality, increased value through testing excellence.”
